Kicking it Into Gear

I went on a bike ride for the first time since May.  Kind of embarassing, really.  Yes, in that time I had a bike stolen and was graciously lent one by my dad, but for some reason, I couldn't get back on.  Probably, it's been due to extreme laziness.  I really don't know what I want at this point in my life, other than to be warm, clothed, and fed.  I don't have any aspirations except for lofty travel goals, but there's been no go-between on how to get them accomplished.  On the one hand, I know that travelling costs money, but I'm not really willing to do the things that would increase my bank account to make that possible.  I watch the Biggest Loser on Tuesday nights, but sitting on the couch isn't going to do anything to make me healthier.  Heck, the largest accomplishment that I've had recently is that I've flossed my teeth for a record nine days in a row.  Granted, I don't have any debt other than what I owe on my car, and that's almost below half of what my loan value was originally.  But I do need to take more responsibilities for myself, my fitness, and my spiritual well-being.
